“My calling in life is to inspire people to acknowledge our inner and outer nature as a manifestation of the divine through art”

Venuz white highlights the unique and fascinating binary between the philosophical concept of art as life and the laws of nature as explained by alchemy.
Beyond a purely anthropological approach to her practice, Venuz White engages with ancestral rituals and technologies to visually reveal the Guardians of Water. The movements of her hands, her gestures, weave, as it were, waters from different natural ecosystems together with the sound vibrations of human voices, manifested through paintings of light and colourful pigments.
Venuz White becomes the voice for other voices, preserving visions and stories through her Water Revelations. The production process becomes a sacred dance to the rhythm of her strokes; independent elements composed separately, coming in unison by means of this contemporary ritual. Although her work stems from painting, she also uses modern technologies such as Augmented Reality and multimedia immersive installations to ignite our human relationship with water as a living entity.
Born in Colombia, currently lives and works in the páramo ecosystem close to Bogotá.
